When the Cameras Onsite executive team was looking for a qualified contractor to build the frame of the CAM-V mobile surveillance system (several years ago,) they turned to the Allmand Brothers to assist them. After a great amount of research, Cameras Onsite chose this Holdrege, Nebraska company, because of their proven reputation in engineering new products for more than 70 years. In 1938, Walt and Les Allmand invented and manufactured the first electric portable welder to help farmers with repairs of their equipment. Thirteen years later, the U.S. Navy selected the Nebraska company to build brushless magnetic generators for their fleets. In 1954, Allmand built its first portable floodlight stand. This product revolutionized the agriculture industry, allowing farmers to work through the night to harvest their crops. Since the development of those first portable lights, the company has updated and improved this product so that it's the number one choice not only for agriculture but also for security and other construction projects. |
